Lovely place, great location. Host was wonderful and went out of his way for us. He made sure I knew that there were a lot of stairs (38 from parking lot to the front door and a spiral staircase to the loft) since my 90 mother was coming along. She did fine. Railings were sturdy. The one thing I suggest be made clear is that up to 12 people can sleep in the loft but there is no bathroom on that level so loft-sleepers need to climb down the spiral staircase for trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Note that Mom stayed on the main level in the primary bedroom suite with the king size bed and its own bath, so the spiral staircase was not an issue for her. Overall, I recommend this place for family getaways. It's a great value for the price.

Upon arrival, it was clear that the condo had not been adequately cleaned or maintained prior to my stay. Given the detailed check-out instructions left for guests, I expected the unit to meet the same standards you ask renters to follow. However, I found multiple unacceptable issues, including: • Fridge and Kitchen: The refrigerator had grime in the seal, the stovetop was dirty, and the sink faucet appeared to be in poor condition. • Balcony and Porch: A used dog waste bag, food, and garbage were left on the balcony, along with cigarette butts. • Walls and Surfaces: Visible marks and stains on the walls. • Closet and Storage Areas: Items appeared to be thrown into the closet rather than properly organized, including towels that should have been cleaned. • General Cleanliness: The unit did not reflect the level of cleanliness expected from a professionally managed property, especially one that charges a cleaning fee. Regarding the instructions, it is concerning that they suggest placing blankets and sheets at the end of the bed unkess they are visibly dirty. Best practice would be to assume that all linens are soiled upon a new client's arrival and should be replaced accordingly. Given the condition of the unit, I believe it is reasonable to request a refund or partial reimbursement. I would also appreciate knowing what steps will be taken to ensure future guests do not encounter similar problems.

Great overall experience at the condo. Owner was proactive with communication and easy to get a hold of with any questions. The condo was clean and described accurately on the site. Worked very well for our trip and we hope to use it again.

The condo was perfect for our mini get away. Caution to families with members who have limited mobility. There were many steps leading up to the condo, then additional steps to the rental. Our visit was in late January and after heavy snow accumulation. The walkways were free of snow and ice.

We had the best time! The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and provided ideas and places to visit during our stay. We enjoyed being in walking distance to the resort pool and food. There was also a ton of space and beds for everyone we traveled with (6 girls total). The condo was very clean and provided everything and more than what we needed. Would definitely go back!!

We only stayed one night because my daughter was graduating the next morning. Gary allowed us to arrive early and check out late but we couldn't take advantage of the late checkout because we had to be in Erie by 8:30am. Checkin/checkout was super easy. On Saturday night we cooked a nice dinner and enjoyed it with family and friends. Couple items to note is the room with the bunk beds does not have a wall is an open loft and no bathroom on top floor. We enjoyed the deck also as the evening was perfect.

He recommended the Dutch Village for brunch and it was so good, we couldn't stop talking about it. The location is about a 2 minute drive from the PnP lodge. We would stay there again!
