Great location and outside space. Unfortunately the lake was being dredged and we had no lake, just mud , which was disappointing. We were informed of the condition the week before our trip. We couldn’t use the kayaks or canoe as we had hoped. The fire pit/outdoor area is very nice and they have just about everything you could possibly need to Enjoy it.The kitchen was welll stocked/equipped and there were an abundance of towels and linens and and supplies for the bathrooms. It was not the most well maintained in terms of cleanliness with mildew on Shower curtains and counters that were sticky and floors that were generally swept but not around the edges!

We rented the house for our annual family vacation, while we are usually beach people we wanted to try a lake experience and glad we did. The house had plenty of room for our party of 7. There was more than enough to keep everyone busy. The younger ones took advantage of the kayaks, bikes, and corn hole. The elders took advantage of sitting on the dock in the sun and tying out rafts and lounging. The stairs leading into the lake were a plus and river shoes really were not needed for tougher feet. Fishing was a bit challenging as it was the end of the season and there was some seaweed at the bottom of the lake but that's to be expected. The fire pit was awesome and there was plenty of seating around it. The kitchen was appointed with everything that a family could need and very important to point out that there are 2 refrigerators which was awesome so no need for extra coolers to keep things cold. For golfers, there are 2 courses right on site and no issues booking t-times. Silver was the favorite! Grocery and liquor stores only 15 minutes away. Had to mention that Bryan had artificial turf in front of the storage shed which was such a clever idea - assuming to keep the mud situation down....did it come from a stadium? LOL! If we could say one thing that needed improvement which wasn't really a big deal is that the house may have needed a deep cleaning but we were end of the season renters so we take that into account. Thank you!!!

Very nice property, well kept and included many amenities for any type of activity indoor and outdoor. Beautiful and relaxing setting right on the water, enjoyed making smores each night by the fire. Beach area was in easy walking distance. Easy water access for kayaking.

This was a fantastic lakeside property. It was comfortable, clean, and a perfect size for small and large families. There are so many amenities at the house, both inside and outside, that it makes your vacation a pleasure.

Our family had a great week at this house. The location and backyard were amazing. Two piers to fish from, hang out on, and launch the included kayaks from. Steps that went down into the lake for swimming were great. Fire pit was great. We found corn hole and stand up paddle boards and used them all week. But like other houses that I have rented, cleanliness is always a problem. The back porch and downstairs patio were pretty dirty. Hadn’t been swept for some time, chairs were dirty and worn. One had a hole in it. The cushions for chairs around the firepit were filthy. We put towels down before sitting on them. It would be better to just pitch those ones and leave the newer Adirondack chairs. They were very nice. The oven was unusable. The inside was so covered in grease we were afraid to use it. I ran the automatic cleaning cycle but it did no good. The upstairs bathroom sink had mold in it that could not be cleaned off. Curb appeal was poor as there were so many weeds and overgrown bushes that I kept pulling them out whenever I walked past them. The shed had so many great things inside but it was quite the mess and you had to be very careful when getting something out. The house could be beautiful and has so much potential but it needs a deep cleaning, not just a surface clean that I’m thinking it gets in between guests. There were plenty of towels provided and I liked the included shampoo and body wash canisters in the showers. The washer and dryer were great.

Exactly the relaxing stay our family needed. We loved playing yard games in the yard, swimming and jumping off the dock, doing puzzles, coloring watching ice hockey and movies inside.

Property was wonderful and location fantastic. We were planning on using the kayaks and canoes, however, could not because of jet skis and motors going fairly fast on lake. Only residents can have motorized vehicles on lake so somewhat limiting for guests.

Great property! Loved our stay. Overton has so many outdoor recreational activities to use (kayaks, canoe, paddleboard, games, bikes and more!). Docks, fire pit and decks/porch make this waterfront property amazing. Easy quick walk to beach too. House has a great layout with plenty of bathrooms and TVs. Can’t wait to come back!

We, the six adult children and our father took our mother “home” to Dubois to celebrate her 90 th birthday. The property worked out very well for us. We thoroughly enjoyed many quality hours on the deck with a beautiful view.

We had a perfect stay in Treasure Lake. The house had everything we needed and more. Gate access was smooth and staff was friendly. We loved coffee outside in the crisp morning and nightcaps by the fire in the evening. We hope to return.

The house is very well equipped and spacious enough for different age groups to spread out and enjoy. We spent a lot of time fishing off the dock and kayaking. The firepit was awesome and we spent every evening roasting marshmallows. Some of us golfed while others enjoyed a pool day(passes included). Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Bryan was attentive and we had no issues with the rental.

Excellent!!! is the best word to use. Absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Our family group range from newborn to grandparents and the amenities covered the entire range. No one was bored, including the teenagers, and I took their cell phones away on day one. The owner gets five stars. He was most attentive. We will return.

We had a great week in Treasure Lake. The house is in a perfect central location and has amazing lakefront views and access. The house was so well stocked in the kitchen and all throughout. We commented several times how nice it was to have plenty of outdoor toys/activities on hand for our use. Would definitely stay again!

We've rented houses with family many times over the years and this was definitely one of the best. Not only was it in a great location, right on the lake, and had ample room for the 10 of us, but it had everything one could possible need, from a fully-stocked kitchen that included every type of pot, pan, dish, and appliance you could image to an outdoor shed with all types of outdoor games such as bocce and cornhole. The dining room table was huge, easily accommodating all of us, and plenty of outdoor seating. I really can't think of anything the house didn't have. I would highly recommend this house.

The weather was a little gloomy first few days, but the kids didn’t care. The older ones loved the kayaks . It was their first experience with them.l live on the water myself,so it looks like I’m buying a couple of kayaks. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Great grill too,full tank of propane ..our first trip to Treasure lake. We would definitely book again!

This was a great week on Treasure Lake. The home comes with everything one could possibly need both inside and out. Our kids range from 1 to 13 and everyone was happy. Great bedrooms, and bathrooms, and kitchen was well stocked! Lots of great extras like kayaks, games, and lots of outdoor/water toys. Book now- you won’t be disappointed.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property for our annual summer vacation. There was plenty space in the house for all 10 of us (adults and children) but the backyard is where we spent most of our time. The yard is huge - lots of space for wiffleball, cornhole, and all other yard games. The pier was perfect for fishing and they had kayaks and life jackets available, which we all enjoyed. We used the firepit almost every night and also took advantage of the grill and outdoor seating. The king bed is located in the basement and has it's own bathroom. The laundry & TV area w/ foosball table is downstairs as well. The bedroom with the bunkbeds is on the main floor right off of the living room. The other 2 bedrooms with jack&jill bath are upstairs. All rooms had their own AC wall units which were controlled by remote or fans and there was a dehumidifier which we used in the basement and worked really well. I would give the place a 4/5 for cleanliness. Nothing screamed "brand new" but everything worked and was comfortable. The owner was communicative even though he was out of the country during our stay - we still felt taken care of. We would stay here again!
