The Berggasthof Obere Firstalm welcomes you to Schliersee/Spitzingsee. You’ll be staying in the heart of the Spitzingsee hiking area, a 250-meter walk from a ski resort. The Berggasthof is accessible only on foot via a picturesque 2.4-kilometer (45-minute) hiking trail.
Directions:
Ascent to the lodge from Spitzingsattel: 2.4 km, approx. 45-minute walk.
From the Untern Firstalm (ski resort): 250 m, 10-minute walk
Overnight guests can drive to the Untere Firstalm from May through October.
Parking fee per day: €10
Experience the romance of the alpine huts, idyll, and relaxation in the fascinating mountain world around Spitzingsee.
In addition to our fun, down-to-earth mountain lodge life, enjoy our ski slopes, cross-country trails, Lake Spitzingsee, or the 2.5-km-long toboggan run right next to the lodge.
Our cozy lodge offers 15 guest rooms equipped with a shower/toilet, Wi-Fi, and TV.
The Firstalm can accommodate up to 200 people for celebrations.
We also have 2 conference rooms that can accommodate up to 50 people.

During the summer months (May–October), we can offer a shuttle service for our hotel guests by prior arrangement. Cost per trip: 25.00 €, with room for up to 8 people.
During the winter months (November–April), the shuttle service is not available.
If you need luggage transport, it must be left in our luggage trailer at the Spitzingsattel.
Luggage pickup times:
From Spitzingsattel to the hut at 5:30 p.m.
From the hut back to Spitzingsattel at 10:30 a.m.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 to 17:00, and check-out is possible from 08:00 to 11:00.
