Locations was good. Walking distance from the chairlift.

During our stay, we encountered a few issues that impacted our overall experience. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and we were only provided with a baby pillow each, which made it difficult for us to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, this led to back and neck pain in the morning. We reached out to the host via email and WhatsApp to request additional pillows, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response or acknowledgement. This lack of rest significantly affected our ability to enjoy the skiing activities we had planned, as fatigue and discomfort can be a major hindrance. The quality of sleep is crucial when traveling for activities, and we were disappointed that our concerns were not addressed. The decor of the two-bedroom apartment was satisfactory, though not particularly impressive. The apartment was surface clean, but we did notice a few spiders and cobwebs. It was somewhat surprising to receive multiple reminders about checkout procedures the night before departure, especially given that our earlier requests were not acknowledged. Overall, while the location and basic cleanliness were acceptable, the comfort and communication issues detracted from our stay. We hope that these aspects can be improved for future guests.

The apartment was wonderfully equipped and cozy. The view of the landscape was truly spectacular, and the constant sound of cowbells added to the charm. If want to escape the city it's a good option.

One minor downside: The internet/Wi-Fi is a bit unreachable. We managed to get a connection only from the balcony using mobile data. Fortunately, this didn't bother us much due to our brief stay.

Perfect place to stay in the mountains, with access to mountain karts.

Everything was perfect from location, accommodation and staff. The apartment contained everything we needed during our stay and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone anyone who wants to enjoy the stay in the middle of nature.

Nothing, however if access to washing machine and dryer is available it would have made the lodge even better.

Perfect location for hiking and mountain biking. It is in the middle of the skiing slopes, so I expect it perfect in the winter. The flat is nice and cosy with all the basics necessities to live in it.

The apartment is nicely furnished, comfortable, and feels remote despite being just 15 minutes walk from restaurants. The location is fantastic for mountain hikes, or gentler walks by the lake.

Trotz der (Küchen-)Mängel eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft!

Alleinlage des Hauses; nach Schneefall wurde Straße bis Lodge-Parkplatz geräumt und gestreut; Größe und Einrichtung der Appartements angenehm; Betreuung durch StayFritz optimal (stets erreichbar bzw. zuverlässiger Rückruf)

Küchenausstattung sehr lückenhaft - viele notwendige Teile nicht vorhanden (Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Gabeln (anfangs nicht einmal für die Minimum-Anzahl der Gäste vorhanden) Pfannenwender, Toaster, u.n.m. fehlten vollständig, Kaffeemaschine für Pads (war vorher nicht bekannt, keine Pads vorhanden), nichts zum "selber Saubermachen" (Wischlappen, Wischtuch) vorhanden. Nur weil wir 2 Appartements gebucht hatten (und so Küchenutensilien in einem der Appartements ergänzen konnten), konnten wir von Anfang an eine Küche nutzen. Allerdings kam eine Mitarbeiterin von StayFritz noch am gleichen Tag meines Anrufs um die Küchenausstattung zu ergänzen.

Schöne Wohnung mit Defiziten

Die Lage ist fantastisch, super Aussicht, tolles Haus. Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl! Man kann ganz schnell in den Ort Spitzingsee laufen und dort auch im Restaurant essen oder um den See laufen. Tolle Wanderungen in unmittelbarer Nähe mit Hütten zur Einkehr.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur war sehr schlecht. Ich hatte schon vorher über Booking geschrieben, ob ein früherer Checkin möglich ist, leider kam keine Antwort. Auch als wir pünktlich einchecken wollten, hatten wir die Informationen zum Schloss noch nicht. Das lag wohl daran, dass man vorher über eine externe Seite den Checkin und die Bezahlung machen muss. Hatte ich auch am Vorabend gemacht, aber scheinbar war das Geld noch nicht angekommen, daher hatte ich keine weiteren Informationen erhalten. Ich habe wirklich mehrfach nachfragen müssen (sowohl per Whatsapp als auch Booking). Am Ende hatte ich mit verschiedenen Personen Kontakt, die scheinbar nicht auf dieselben Informationen Zugriff hatten. Ich musste mehrfach einen Nachweis schicken, dass ich bereits überwiesen habe. Am Ende habe ich den Code bekommen, aber es war stressig, vor allem weil es um den Spitzingsee nicht das beste Internet gibt. Mein Tipp: Man müsste besser kommunizieren, wie das ganze mit dem Check-in funktioniert und proaktiv auf die Mieter zugehen. Bzw. generell ansprechbarer sein und auch auf WhatsApp schnell reagieren. Sonst macht das keinen Sinn. Ein weiterer Punkt ist die Ausstattung der Küche: Es gibt zwar eine Kaffeemaschine, aber keine Tabs. Es gab auch kein Öl, Salz oder Pfeffer. Generell ist die Küchenausstattung spartanisch und man muss bestenfalls vorher in Schliersee einkaufen. Bei dem Preis wäre zumindest eine Grundausstattung sinnvoll für den Anfang. Das Sofa hatte leider eine kaputte Stelle, man merkt, dass die Möbel schon sehr benutzt sind.

Ruhige Unterkunft in Alleinlage

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon mal hier und hatten auch dieses Mal wieder ein schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Appartement in mitten von Wiesen und Kühen. Jeder der Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig! Gerne wieder!

Die Couch ist nicht mehr die Beste und das W-lan zickt manchmal, was aber für die Ruhe nur von Vorteil ist.

Sehr ruhige, naturnahe Fewo

Die Lage ist direkt am Wald auf auf Almgebiet und unschlagbar . Es ist daher die zweite Wohnung in 2 Jahren.

Ich finde in einer Wohnung für 7 Personen können nicht zwei Betten Behelfsbetten sein. Eierbecher , Eierlöffel und auch Gläser waren 1-2 mal vorhanden bei einer 7 ner Wohnung …. Das WLan ist eine Katastrophe und da sonst aufgrund der Alleinlage kein mobiles Internet und Telefon verfügbar ist …. wäre dies zu verbessert

En överraskande pärla!

Fräscht boende med spännande planlösning och smakfull inredning. Läget och utsikten var drömsk. Vi kom sent och skulle bara stanna en natt men hela sällskapet ville stanna längre.

Var observant på att gps:n (adressen) visar fel infart till boendet. Följ skyltningen sista kilometern så kan du parkera precis vid boendet och slipper gå från skidanläggningen.

En pärla i naturen

Vi bokade detta ställe spontant för en övernattning på väg till Dolomiterna och blev positivt överraskade! Lodgen ligger i södra München, mitt i naturen – ett fantastiskt läge för den som vill ha lugn och ro eller vandra i bergen. Boendet var otroligt rent och fräscht, renoverade och fina detaljer i inredningen. Vi önskar att vi hade haft tid att stanna fler nätter. Kan varmt rekommendera detta ställe till, perfekt för både avkoppling och naturupplevelser! Dessutom var det väldigt prisvärt.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll , obwohl der Blick unseres Balkons/Terrasse leider durch Bäume verdeckt war.

Schlüsselübergabe: Code wurde nicht zugestellt . Leider war die Erreichbarkeit des Teams extrem schlecht - wir haben über eine Stunde gewartet und wurde nicht gerade freundlich behandelt obwohl der Fehler beim Anbieter lag (wir waren übrigens nicht die einzigen wartenden Gäste). Einrichtung billig und in die Jahre gekommen, super hellhörig (wurden nachts von sexuellen Aktivitäten der Nachbarn wach gehalten, tagsüber von anwesenden Kindern) und Betten super unbequem. für den Preis alles in allem : no go!

Schöner und netter Ausblick aus der letzten Wohnung oben.

Die Unterkunft war groß und geräumig, tolle Aussicht.

Wir haben den Code nicht um zwischen 13-14 Uhr erhalten, wie ursprünglich per Mail ausgemacht. Mussten hinterher telefonieren und der Empfang war schlecht. Außerdem ging die Kaffeemaschine nicht. In der Spülmaschine gab es kein Salz und keinen Klarspüler. Wurde aber bei Nachfragen zur Verfügung gestellt.

Man fühlt sich richtig wohl in der Unterkunft. Der Flur ist riesig, der Ausblick traumhaft.

Die Wohnung war leider nicht richtig sauber. Der Boden war stellenweise voller Krümel und Haare und die Bettwäsche leider fleckig. Sie hat zwar frisch geduftet wurde aber scheinbar nicht heiß genug gewaschen um alle Flecken zu beseitigen. Wir haben es bemängelt aber trotzdem bis zur Abreise keine andere Bettwäsche bekommen.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in traumhafter Lage

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen – perfekt zum Entspannen oder Wandern. Trotzdem ist man in nur wenigen Minuten am See. Das Appartement war sehr groß, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Es gab zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und sogar einen Balkon – ideal für Familien oder Gruppen. Uns hat wirklich alles sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Trotz kleiner Fehler und der letzten aufregenden Nacht ein toller Aufenthalt

Lage war super, die Räume großartig, der Ausblick traumhaft

In der letzten Nacht gingen alle Feuermelder an, große Aufregung im Haus, aber in Gemeinschaft mit den anderen Mietern und Hilfe des Service Teams konnten wir fast alle Rauchmelder wieder ausschalten. Nur die Rauchmelder der Besitzerfamilie konnten nicht ausgeschaltet werden, vor Ort war kein Schlüssel und der Besitzer weigerte sich sofort anzureisen. Somit verbrachten wir die letzte Nacht unruhig und mit Ohrstöpsel, da der Alarm die ganze Nacht weiterlief. Als wir ankamen, war die Heizung auf höchster Stufe, inkl. Fußbodenheizung, es waren gefühlt 28grad C, durch die Trägheit der Fußbodenheizung dauerte es fast 2 Tage die Wohnung wieder auf erträgliches Maß herunterzukühlen. Die Ausstattung zur Sauberkeit lies etwas zu wünschen übrig, nur ein Einmallappen zum Tisch abwischen, nur eine Ersatz Klopapierrolle für 5 Personen und sobald man etwas von seinem Platz verschob tauchten alte Chips oder sonstiger Schmutz auf.
