About this house rental

With lake and mountain views, this new construction mountain contemporary townhome offers easy access to Deer Valley's Jordanelle Gondola, is perfectly positioned for summer lake activities, and offers ideal access to the highway with a 7 minute drive into Historic Main Street in Park City and 30 minutes to Salt Lake Airport.

Whether you wish to ski at Park City Mountain Resort or the Canyons which are roughly a 10 minute drive from the property or love to ski Deer Valley, with gondola access a 3 minute drive into the gondola parking lot, Lakeside 96 offers 2,600 square feet built for family entertainment. Additionally, for the 2025-2026 ski season, the HOA is providing a ski shuttle to and from the Deer Valley East Village base area!

Lakeside 96 boasts views of mountains and the lake most enjoyed from the steamy private hot tub on the patio, with large picturesque windows, bright natural light and vaulted ceiling living spaces, modern finishes, iron railings, luxury Viking appliances and state of the art technologies, which are additions to the architectural elements like the modern stone fireplace which make for an inviting experience in this new neighborhood.

The main level features a spacious King master bedroom with a large ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks, a European glass shower and a separate tub, along with a substantial executive walk in closet.

The upstairs level offers 3 additional bedroom suites; an additional King suite with ensuite bathroom and shower, a Queen suite and a suite with two Double beds, with those suites offering shared and spacious jack and jill full bath, with a shower tub combination. There is also a Queen sleep sofa in the living room.

The balcony and patio areas offer stunning views and a hot tub seating 8, along with grill and lounge space, perfect in summer or winter. Additionally, the modern 2 car garage space along with driveway offer parking for 2 vehicles either indoors or out.

Lakeside 96 is perfectly positioned for year-round adventure; skiing at all three resorts, hiking and biking year-round, or boating and fishing at nearby Jordanelle reservoir. Whatever your interests, the Deer Valley East Village area offers ease of access to all Park City and Deer Valley have to offer.

The storage of any vehicle, trailer, boat on trailers, or RV on the street is prohibited. Please store large vehicles off-site. Appropriately sized boats or trailers may not extend past the edge of the driveway at any point and may be parked in the driveway for no more than one week.

We loved everything about our stay at East Side Village. Just a quick 4 minutes to the gondola for skiing and an easy drive into Park City made the location perfect for our party of nine. The spacious condo was new, very clean, and beautifully appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed for daily breakfasts and a night or two in for dinner. The hot tub and comfy beds kept us happy after days of skiing. 5 Stars!

Great stay for 6 nights in January 2026. House is almost brand new with nice new hot tub, TV and appliances. Great finishes in bathrooms with very comfortable space for 6 adults, and easily 2 families. Potential upgrades would be a soundbar or some other way to listen to music and a better coffee pot.

This home with four bedrooms provided us some wonderful space in which to gather as a family to celebrate the holidays together! We were pleasantly surprised at how complete everything was in this sparkling new home. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and closeness to both Park City shopping and groceries. We appreciate the attentiveness to detail and the quick responses we received! Highly recommended for you and your family or group of friends for a stay in the Park City.
