With lake and mountain views, this new construction mountain contemporary townhome offers easy access to Deer Valley's Jordanelle Gondola, is perfectly positioned for summer lake activities, and offers ideal access to the highway with a 7 minute drive into Historic Main Street in Park City and 30 minutes to Salt Lake Airport.
Whether you wish to ski at Park City Mountain Resort or the Canyons which are roughly a 10 minute drive from the property or love to ski Deer Valley, with gondola access a 3 minute drive into the gondola parking lot, Lakeside 96 offers 2,600 square feet built for family entertainment.
Lakeside 96 boasts views of mountains and the lake most enjoyed from the steamy private hot tub on the patio, with large picturesque windows, bright natural light and vaulted ceiling living spaces, modern finishes, iron railings, luxury Viking appliances and state of the art technologies, which are additions to the architectural elements like the modern stone fireplace which make for an inviting experience in this new neighborhood.
The main level features a spacious King master bedroom with a large ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks, a European glass shower and a separate tub, along with a substantial executive walk in closet.
The upstairs level offers 3 additional bedroom suites; an additional King suite with ensuite bathroom and shower, a Queen suite and a suite with two Double beds, with those suites offering shared and spacious jack and jill full bath, with a shower tub combination. There is also a Queen sleep sofa in the living room.
The balcony and patio areas offer stunning views and a hot tub seating 8, along with grill and lounge space, perfect in summer or winter. Additionally, the modern 2 car garage space along with driveway offer parking for 2 vehicles either indoors or out.

To Trina and Mountain West Vacation Rentals, thank you for your time and help, isn´t enough! I really can´t express my gratitude for your kindness and our time in Utah with my ongoing family circumstances. The home was amazing, we were there 8 nights and except for lunch in Salt Lake City, a quick bite on the evening my mother, daughter and son-in-law arrived and the meal at the wedding for my nephew. We had such a special time in our own private space that was beautifully decorated, the kitchen and all its accessories were amazing in quality and function!!! Thank you again, and we look forward to returning!

We had an awesome time at Lakeside 96! The place is all about that sleek mountain style and those epic views of the lake and mountains. The bedrooms were cozy and nicely set up, and we loved hanging out on the balcony and firing up the grill. The hot tub was a hit after a day of hitting the slopes or just wandering around Park City. Plus, being so close to skiing and all the outdoor stuff at Jordanelle made it super convenient. Can't wait to book Lakeside 96 again!

Lakeside 96 was the perfect spot for our group's Park City adventure. The place has this modern, airy feel with killer views of the lake and mountains—it was hard to leave the patio! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were comfy and quiet. The hot tub was a game-changer after a day of skiing—we're already planning our next stay!

Mountain West provided a luxurious retreat with its modern mountain contemporary design and stunning views of the lake and mountains. The spacious interior was beautifully appointed with high-end finishes and state-of-the-art amenities, including a sleek stone fireplace and luxury Viking appliances in the gourmet kitchen. The King master bedroom on the main level offered a serene escape with its large ensuite bath and executive walk-in closet, while the private hot tub on the patio was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or exploring Park City.
