This studio unit has one queen size bed and one queen size pull out sofa bed, and will accommodate up to 4 people.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, 2 burner cooktop, and other basic small appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, and rice cooker.
The living area has a large Flat screen Smart TV, coffee table, and small dining set for 2.
The spacious balcony is equipped with patio furniture for you to enjoy trade wind breezes as you take in the view.
Free WIFI and standard cable service is included with the rental for your convenience and enjoyment.
The 6th floor recreation deck spans the width of the block and includes a pool, jet spa, sauna, BBQ grills, and large sun deck with ample seating. Also located on the 6th floor deck are a laundry room, small convenience store open 8a-10p, filtered water and ice machines, soda and snack machines. Access to the on-site fitness center is available for a $10/stay fee payable to the front desk, all other amenities are free for your enjoyment.
On site restaurant in the lobby serves local favorites, and is open from 7a-3p daily.
This very convenient location is just a short 5-7 minute walk to famous Waikiki Beaches, shops, entertainment, restaurants, and all Waikiki has to offer! The Waikiki Aquarium, Kapiolani Park, International Marketplace and the Fort DeRussy Army Museum, and much much more are all close by. The Bus, which stops within a half block, offers transportation to local attractions, downtown Honolulu, Chinatown, Pearl Harbor, Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Aloha Flea Market, Aloha Marketplace, Hanauma Bay, as well as trips around the Island!
Parking is not included with the rental, but is available in the building garage for $47/day with in and out privileges. Daily passes can be purchased at the FLASH Pass Kiosk. (*Rates subject to change without notice)

It was overall really perfect for my needs, the building has security, a sauna, jacuzzi, walking distance to the beach, and the host was very kind. The decorations were so pretty, everything was very comfortable. I loved the bed. Would def stay here again.

The condo was nice and clean with amazing views! The couch was a great place to relax and the property was great! We loved the quick walk to the beach and the pool and spa were lovely! We loved the security in the building and loved meeting the locals who live in the building!

Felt unit was dated and could use a better paint job then the edited picture shows. Cleanliness could have been much better. There were long hairs on the ceiling in the bathroom. Kitchen sink was stained. Bathroom very small. We stayed with people that had two other units in the same building and ours was by far the most dated and not as clean. Other units had games. Beach towels. Beach chairs. One even had chocolates. Outs had none of those. We bought beach towels. So be sure to bring your own. We all paid the same price. Very disappointed.
