Island Colony in Waikiki is one of the most popular vacation accommodations on the island. 445 Seaside Ave is in the heart of Waikiki!

You are just a block away from the famous International Market Place restaurants and mall!

This lovely spacious one bedroom condo has two newly installed air conditioner and has a very spacious lanai (balcony) that invites the fresh Hawaiian breeze. Just a 10-15 minute stroll is famous Waikiki Beach at this centrally-located place.

Located in the heart of the city, Island Colony offers easy access to all of Waikiki’s must-see locations. Just one block away from International Marketplace, Duke's Marketplace, and various famous boutiques, surf shops, restaurants and shopping centers. Take a short walk further and you’re at soft-sanded Waikiki Beach and Kalakaua Avenue. It’s also nearby Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Honolulu Zoo and more.

The building is surrounded by a lot of convenient stores - There's even one on the 6th floor!

Eateries and boutique shops all within the same block.

- Walking is great!

- In the same block is the city Bus stop called "The Bus" where you can go everywhere on the island.

-There is also The Waikiki Trolley (fee) that is offered at various pick up points nearby. Uber is always an option too!

- Onsite Parking is $45/day. Fee is subject to change without notice

Pool & Jacuzzi Maintenance Notice :
starting on Monday, March 9th, the NEW hours of operation for our 6th floor amenities will be:
• Fitness Center will be open 24-hours daily
• Swimming Pool will be open from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Sauna will be open from 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• BBQ Grills will be open from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

As a reminder, please remember to adhere to the building’s designated “quiet time hours” of 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. as stipulated in our House Rules.

Please note that early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

There is a Gym access fee of $10 for the entire reservation. (Pay at the front desk)

This adorable condo was perfect for our stay in Hawaii with our family of 5! Very comfortable and clean, had everything we needed, and we enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much to our fantastic hosts!

The condo was in a great location for walking around the city and close to the beach as well. It had a beautiful view and enjoyed watching the sun rise each morning. The condo is brand new and comfortable for two adults and our 7 year old. The water pressure was really great and the air conditioners worked really well. I would suggest just adding some dish towels or a drying rack to make cooking/cleaning a little easier and a couple of hooks for the towels in the bathroom. I would definitely come back here and rent this unit again. Parking is separate pay from the hotel/condo and sometimes was a little annoying to get in and out of but it being covered and connected to the building was a huge plus. Perfect spot for exploring the island by car and Waikiki on foot. Definitely recommend to others!!

It's a clean, well-renovated property in a great location. It's got pretty much everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including beach items like beach chairs, towels, mats, and umbrella. We also enjoyed the amenities, such as pool, hot tub, gym, and sauna. The host is kind and responsive. It can sometimes get noisy outside, but that's somewhat expected when you stay in Waikiki.

Property was exactly as pictured. Very clean and had all the basic kitchen and bathroom supplies we needed for our stay. Beach items were a plus. Our host was very responsive and answered any questions I had promptly. The property is in a great location and in walking distance to everything. The only complaint was street noise from the balcony area. Luckily as a light sleeper, I was too tired from enjoying HI all day that it wasn’t too much of a problem to fall asleep.
