Condo was fully prepared for us, it was clean and provided basics for us. When I had a question the front desk was prepared to help

There was no housekeeping during our stay. I booked for 2 beds and was only given 1 bed and a sofa couch. When I reached out to let them know about the bed situation they did not respond but yet they texted me to tell me instructions on check out and to let them know what time I would be checking out because they wanted to know a time for housekeeper. If check out is at 11 then I will be leaving at 11. Pro it was walkable to Waikiki beach and other restaurants/stores and also free parking at stay.
