BUILDING NOTICE: May 14, 2026
As part of the AOAO’s ongoing commitment to safety and property improvements, the Maintenance Department and its contractor will be conducting the Annual Preventative Maintenance, cleaning, and repairs for the 6th Floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, and Pool Deck areas.
The pool deck area will be closed beginning Sunday, November 8 at 9:00 p.m. and is scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 16 at 7:00 a.m., weather permitting. During this time, the Pool/Jacuzzi access gate will be locked and secured, and all amenities within the area will be unavailable for use throughout the maintenance period.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this important maintenance project.

The location is perfect! Walk to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center in about 5 minutes and the newly renovated International Marketplace in about 5-7 minutes. All of Waikiki's best beaches are just a few minutes walk away!

Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)
Check in is at 3:30pm— Check out is at 10:30am
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Absolutely was blown away by this place. This was the 13th time I’ve stayed in Waikiki from Australia, I was so impressed by the modern apartment which was modern and renovated with a decent sized bathroom which seems rare America. I loved the building and all the facilities, I really didn’t want to give such a great review, as I don’t want the price to go up for the next trip. It’s literally close to everything and had the most amazing view or the mountains, Diamond Head and the canal. Thank you so much,

Absolutely beautiful location. I enjoyed the sunrise every morning on the balcony from the master bedroom. I didn't realize there was a hallway between the living area and the bedroom which was a nice surprise! The kitchen was a great amenity though we ended up not using it at all. Everything was gorgeous and very clean.

The condo was roomy enough for 3 with the sofabed and we enjoyed the mountain and canal views from the living room. We appreciated having plenty of towels for bath and beach. The location is convenient to many services. the downside was the parking overnight pass instructions were confusing, the machine did not always respond to enter/exit, and parking spaces are very small - glad we had a tiny car. a recommendation to stay here would come with a caveat about the parking.
