Wonderful hosts and beautiful view
Ana, Vlad and Maxim were wonderful hosts. They were very kind, thoughtful and helpful. The apartment itself had the most amazing view and the balcony was wonderful. Inside, it was a little tired and cluttered, and the bed was very hard for us. The view and the wonderful hosts made our holiday perfect.

Best location on Kotor, nice and cousy apt with an amzing view and awsome managment
The apartment is located on the most beautiful street in Kotor for my opinion. We got upgraded with a 4 rooms appt. With a huge porch in front of the beautiful lake and mountains. Vladimir and Ana are so nice and warm people, made us feel we are family. A walk distance to the old city, we rented a car so we got a free parking as well. The apt. Is full with everything you need. Ana kept contacting days after to see we doing fine in Montenegro. That is all i could ask for ❤️

Amazing location and fantastic host.
Ana and her family were lovely. Communicate was great and we were greeted on arrival , helped with bags and shown around. Ana was exceptional and so friendly. The location was stunning, on the water front. Paddle boards and kayaks were available to use. There are metal steps to access the water as well as a walk in bit. 40 min walk to Kotor old town, amazing restaurant on the way Platanus- always busy understandable as so good. Highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Ana and family

Home away from home
This place is truly a home from home and the location is amazing! Having coffee on the balcony in the morning watching the sea was total bliss. A brilliant size for our group with plenty of space for everyone. It's about a 20 minute walk from the old town with plenty of restaurants along the way. 10 out of 10 for the host and her family. We landed and had a text from her, she was available for all of our needs and even arranged our boat trip. Nothing was too much for her. When I return I will be staying there again that's for sure! Ana thank you so much

best sea view from the house Nice and tidy room We had a good stay with our nice hostess, who are so helpful. Parking is right beside the road, the balcony is large and with a cradle
Due to the windy weather we did not get a chance to try everything provided. But at least, the bicycle is a bit hard to ride, probably need so maintenance.

Family run, all absolutely lovely. The views from our apartment was amazing.
It needs a little updating but it wouldn’t stop us from staying again, again the family are wonderful and Ana is an amazing host.

We came as guests, we left as family and for sure we will come there again.
The most wonderful hosts we ever met. Ana and her son, Vladimir, made us feel as family from the moment we arrived, and their kindness and positive energy felt our hearts with love and joy every day during our stay there. About their hotel, the location is perfect with a wonderful view over the Bay of Kotor, which we enjoyed from the terrace but also from our bed. We loved the mountains surrounding the sea, reflected in the water, the morning and the evening sunlight, the moon and the lights of the nights magically lightening the sea. The private beach is right in front of the hotel, with sun-beds, kayaks and paddle boards we could used for free, as a courtesy of our great hosts. The old city center of Kotor is situated at a walking distance from the hotel, we enjoyed the long walks along the sea, to the city center (there are supermarkets nearby and a lot of terraces along the sea shoreline).
