The owners are scammers.

The owners are scammers. They deceive people. I do not recommend it to anyone because the description of the apartment does not correspond to reality. Instead of 27 sq.m., as stated in the description: a basement, no bed, instead of it a small sofa for 1 person. The living area is less than 10 sq.m. The landlady is rude, scandalous and is forced to pay her twice as much money to move into an apartment with a bed.

Blijf weg uit de kelder

Kamer was een verbouwde kelder, met alle onaangename eigenschappen die men lan verwachten (laag, donker en muf) -nauwelijks ventilatie -geen airco -geen terras, het aanwezige terras was off limits voor gasten. -1 enigszins noemenswaardig raam wat niet open kon omdat er geen hor in zat -douche zo laag dat ik gebukt moest staan. -erg kleine en onpraktische ruimte. -slaapbank was extreem oncomfortabel en te klein, zelfs voor 2 slanke personen. Kortom, geen aanrader helaas. De andere 2 kamers waren wellicht beter.
