If I owned it and lent to friends I’d say it was basic but perfectly placed.

Location perfect. Facilities as described and adequate. Clean.

Dated. Bedding worn. Pillow limp. Mattress hollow. Photos of owner’s family unnecessary to remind us it’s someone’s property. Very poor instructions to collect keys- 5 minute walk after phone call. Pets welcome mat is disturbing to people who don’t like pets. No instructions for taxed bin liner system and where to take rubbish and buy bags. Plenty of dishwashing liquid to wash by hand, but stay minus one dishwater tablets provided. One small cockroach. Not distressing but may be indicative.
