Vila Paus Satu - Ocean Views Hervey Bay

The location was spectacular, located immediately opposite a beautiful, quiet beach. The villa was well stocked and the owner very responsive. Very dog friendly if you are travelling with a pet and lots of places to relax and unwind through the property. Good size fridge for a group and a large stove & oven if you decide you want to cater. Also a BBQ and big outside table as well as firepit. Worth every penny.

Not that we didn't like this but just for info .. if travelling with someone with mobility issues, a bit hard to get into the property but once in, very easy for them to move around. Host advised us to look at the photos, so did not claim to be offering mobility friendly space. Also easy access showers etc. I didn't realise when booking there were two villas on the property however it was not a problem in any way.

We loved every second of our stay. Every detail was carefully considered. The vila was exceptional and the location perfect. 😊

Great location for beach access and walkable to many places. Also short drive to Fraser Island ferry. We enjoyed having breakfast on the patio and a short walk to get our morning coffee at the Spotted Goat Kitchen.

Arrived for our 2 weeks over Christmas to find some Christmas decorations and a welcome fruit and snacks hamper including dog treats. The house is great - super location, loved the reasonably private, outdoor showers and the deck with 'party lights' - it has been a great place to host a couple of visitors who came for day trips and dinners. Appropriate cooking pots/pans and utensils. Additional crockery and cutlery was there and serving bowls. The walk-in showers were great for our older parents. There were plenty of towels and we appreciated the beach towels. Good sized TV and blue tooth speaker. Outdoor hoses and back gate made washing equipment off after the beach easy. Room down side of house to store SUPs and a couple of push bikes. Washing machine was fantastic when staying for an extended time. Beds comfortable. It was wonderful to be able to bring our old dog. Off street parking for 2 cars was appreciated. Owner was responsive to my queries from my first contact.

No washing line (there was a clothes airer), no grass for the dog to rest on/rub on after being wet - but plenty of open public space/grass across the road.
