Safe to have small dogs in the yard area. Lots of room & good facilities.
The shower door fell off the downstairs shower.
The front door was hard to open & close.
The fridge is too small to fit all the food for a big family.
The vacuum cleaner was clogged so would not suck up dirt properly. We had to clean out the S bend so as it would suck properly.
Moved mats to pick up rice that I spilled on the floor & underneath them was thick with dust.
Two pillows out on the back deck were falling apart so left fluff on the chair where we sat & it got on our clothes.
Not enough toilet paper for a big family.

Very spacious, has everything you need, swimming pool, BBQ area, playroom for wet days, big laundry with washing machine and dryer. Perfect for a larger group.
Access - one gate controller for the family.

Location was excellent. Downstair shower tiles were loose and kitchen needs updating but this is an old home and good for its age. It was very nicely decorated with a beachy decor and it was very comfortable.
