Seabatical on Cypress

loved the location, easy access to the beach for a swim. walking distance to cafe and hotel. Comfy beds and lounge seating washing machine and dryer

the two big dead cockroaches on the main bedroom floor closest to the window. The toilet inside lid was full of dead insects - there was no water at all at the bottom of the toilet, until it was flushed which was weird. car park was a pain to get car in and out of so we found it easier to just park the car out the front, The car park is on an angle with driveway on the left, we had medium hire car an MG, normally we drive a Landcruiser. Reversing out the driveway not a problem, just getting in felt tight. Could do with a coffee machine that was the only thing missing.

The 2 bedroom unit had everything we needed, air con worked well and was a necessity during our December visit. Comfy couch during down time and beds were adequate. Full kitchen facilities with bbq in courtyard. Highly recommend staying here. Property management made it effortless also. Neighbourhood is very peaceful.

Parking in single garage is extremely hard without damaging car so we parked in the street. Wasn’t a major issue.

Everything you could need was there. The owners had left many personal touches, so like a home away from home. Ideal for a couple. Quiet location, one street back from Esplanade.
