Location, view, neat, renovated apartment. You lay on the bed and have the feeling you are on the beach. Even at night if you don’t use the shades, the moon is shining through the huge windows and painting a beautiful picture of Monaco and the bay. It’s absolutely amazing.
2 things to mention: parking is a real issue (I managed to fing a spot in the streets nearby but it was pure luck. The sofa bed in the living room is max. for children suitable, not because of its size but because of the structure of the bed-mattress (it’s like one of those pull-out ikea sofabeds with a 8-10cm mattress, the structural support under the mattress is also not that good/stable to be suitable for adults).

Très jolie vue, literie plutôt confortable, salle de bain pratique et complète
Climatisation au top, TV qui marche
Nous avons également apprécié la présence du four et du petit lave vaisselle
Aucun problème pour le check in et check out
Manque de propreté au niveau des chaises de la table à manger
Peu d’ustensiles de cuisine, vétustes et assez sales à notre arrivée (nous avons dû tous les laver avant utilisation)
Poignée de la porte séparant la chambre du salon en mauvais état
