Simple, clean apartment with all facilities required.
No view, appartment opening into a backyard.

The room was spacious and great for storing our luggage. The amenities were great with the washing machine included and even a balcony to dry our clothes. The park nearby and bus stand to access was a plus.
The room though spacious had a single size bed comfortable for one but not so for two but there was a convertible sofa bed which can be useful but after setting it up the room size shrinks drastically. Even after this the overall experience was comfortable and won't matter much unless you both are huge in size. The location was a little far from nearby Hakata station but there is a connectivity through the bus just 3 mins walk away so that was fine for us.
