屋內很乾淨，備品也都有，隔音算好，兩張床都很舒適，收納空間也很多。交通便利，走路十五分鐘到火車站。有廚房和吃飯的空間，很適合小家庭或是情侶旅行。
希望浴室也有小椅子可以方便坐著洗澡

我們在這裡住了2週，位置方便，走路到博多車站大概10分鐘。附近走路3分鐘有便利商店。有兩張大雙人床，軟硬剛好很舒服。這個房間的大小兩個人住非常舒適。有一個小衣帽間可以放行李，一個28吋的箱子打開可以整個放平，佔滿衣帽間的地上。客服回覆和解決問題很快，對客服很滿意。
在鐵軌旁邊，門窗打開會聽到鐵軌的聲音很清楚，開著會覺得很吵，門窗只能一直關著，開空調。

お部屋がとっても綺麗でした。備品も多くビジネスホテルよりも全然良いです。博多に来たらまた利用させていただきたいと思いました。

浴室も広く、洗濯機もあり、またキッチンや収納スペースが充実しており家族で過ごすには最適な環境でした。
また備え付けの備品やアメニティグッズも充実していたため、不自由なく過ごせました。
駅ちかの割には騒音は気にならず、安眠できました。
寝室とリビングに簡易的でもいいので仕切り等があればよかったかな。（子供と妻が寝室で就寝後にリビングで仕事をした際、明かりが気になって眠れないという事例が生じたため）
