L’appartement était spacieux et disposait de tout ce dont a besoin. Il était propre et très confortable.
L’emplacement est assez éloigné d’Hakata station et des rues animés du centre mais l’arrêt de bus L est proche et on peut accéder au centre en 15-20 mn.

1.斜對面就有停車場，很棒 2.一層的空間很不錯 3.窗型設計安全性高 4.有陽台，且有逃生通道口 5.看得出來很多不同國家的人都住過，評價也很優 6.洗衣機不錯，希望之後能有烘衣機，有一天有下雨衣服就不容易乾，不是很方便。
1.微波爐記得要清潔，我有幫忙清潔消毒過，但根深蒂固的沒辦法一下就可以根除，建議買新的。 2.高電量電器多但插座不是很多，會用到擴充插座，一定要注意安全。 3.安麗的洗碟精應該是綠色的，老闆有提供雖然是安麗補充瓶但我還是不清楚裡面是什麼成分和用途，所以不敢用在幼兒的部分。

過去滞在者の落書きがあって楽しい。 食器もある程度揃っていた。
2日目の外出から戻ると、タバコ臭くて誰かの侵入した気配があって怖かった。 清掃された様子もなく、ただ侵入しただけなのか、外からの臭いなのかは分からないが、安心して過ごせなかった。 食器がベタベタで清潔感はない為、使う前に洗うか紙皿などを使うのが安心。
