Dream Nouveau Studio

It’s a small, but nice place for a short-term stay. Well equipped (other than bath soap); has everything you need to make a quick meal, coffee, tea. The appliances are modern and nice. The washing machine & the iron came in handy. The location was convenient for my purposes, but also only 5 min walk to Ráday st. with tons of eating/drinking/hanging out options (even a gym). The bed was comfy. The apartment is on the inside of the building so no noise whatsoever.

1. The link to the address in the access instructions was incorrect; directed me to the same street & building number but near the airport! 😱 Made me freak out a bit, esp. at 3 pm in the middle of the extreme heat wave. Tried to call the managing company and ended up on a forever hold. And no useful responses to my messages. I wasn’t happy, but eventually figured it out on my own (check the postal code, if this happens to you). Someone’s sloppy or incompetent. So not a great start. 2. Found the place, was sweating like a dog, but still had to make the arranged work meetings. So a quick rinse seemed reasonable. No bath soap/gel in the shower! I messaged the company. Eventually got a reply: we don’t provide that. Honestly? They did provide hand soap and dish soap, and even laundry soap (useful, thanks!). So had to run out to buy that. Only 2 euros at Aldi. It’s not the money; it’s the disappointment and the inconvenience. (I left it for the next guest. Hopefully they can benefit) So definitely not a good start. But everything was fine after that. 3. A minor point, but all water spouts are covered with hard water scales. Not dirty, but doesn’t look well kept. Easy to clean, if someone gives a damn. 4. Last minor negative: not much natural light, because the apt. faces the inner courtyard. But if you just use it for sleeping, it doesn’t really matter.

Nagyon szép, tiszta szállás, mindennel felszerelve. Remek elhelyezkedés, közel a metró, a villamos - innen bárhová könnyen el lehet jutni a városban. Tetszett a kulcs átvételének megoldása, az információs e-mail érthető és mindenre kiterjedő volt. Látszik, hogy ennek a kis lakásnak gondos tulajdonosa van. Másoknak is ajánlom.

Nous avons apprécié la mezzanine de l'appartement. La localisation était top ! Proche des transports.

Nous rejoignons les précédents commentaires quant au manque de gel douche et de shampooing.. L'appartement est un peu sombre en journée.
