Zona bien, con restaurantes y tranvía cerca. Cocina amplia y aire acondicionado muy bien
La parte de la cama incómoda y la escalera un poco peligrosa. Almohadas terribles. Alfombra en el baño, muy antihigiénico, y al quitarla, la parte de abajo del suelo estaba muy muy sucio.

Soggiorno di 4 giorni. L'appartamento è esattamente come si vede nelle foto e come si legge nella descrizione. Pulito e ben tenuto, è posizionato in una zona tranquilla e allo stesso tempo a pochi passi dal centro. Ulteriore nota positiva per chi come noi arriva in automobile per poi visitare la città a piedi o con i mezzi, l'appartamento è vicinissimo al centro congressi Bàlna, il quale è dotato di un comodo, conveniente e super controllato parcheggio sotterraneo.
Volendo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, il letto, posto sul soppalco, potrebbe non essere comodo per tutti. Lo spazio a disposizione è veramente esiguo, soprattutto in altezza, perciò il divano letto al piano terra sarà più comodo.

The apartment itself is really nice and cosy. I liked the two floor layout, it was clean and was perfectly fine for what I needed.
It was also quite clean, personally, I would prefer if the host made it mandatory for guest to take shoes off before entering, as there were carpets in the apartment, which can't be cleaned that thoroughly, especially the bathroom rug.
The area is wonderful, with a Spar shop 1 min away, and a lovely neighbourhood.
The only thing I didn't like was the lack of shower amenities. I had to buy my own soap, shampoo and forsake using a conditioner for the trip. For short trips, this is quite and inconvenience, because I have to buy a whole bottle, only to use it a couple times before throwing it in the trash, since I can't take it with me. Towels were provided though, which is nice.
Oh, and the door lock is quite hard to get to open with a key, it's probably time to replace it. It does work, but can just take a while to twist it in just the right way.
