The apartment was clean, very well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The self-check-in process was very convenient. The apartment is located in an authentic local neighborhood, allowing you to experience Barcelona like a resident rather than staying in a tourist-focused area.
It is also well connected by public transport, with easy access to Fira Barcelona by metro or bus, which was very convenient for our stay.
The only downside was the street noise, as traffic was audible, especially at night. However, this comes with staying in a lively residential area. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.

Easy communication with host
The room was disappointing. There was too much noise and poor sound isolation. It also wasn't very clean; I found hair on the mattress and in the shower, and there was a lot of dust on the floor.
For the price of €202, I expected a much better experience. Basic amenities like at least one coffee capsule for the machine and a complimentary bottle of water (which costs barely one euro) would have made a significant difference. These are standard provisions at other properties I've stayed at in this price range.
