About this apartment rental
A spacious, brand-new apartment, ideal for BUSINESS trips as well as VACATIONS with family or friends. It has a direct metro connection to the airport (11 stops), the FIRA Barcelona exhibition center (2 stops), the F.C.B. stadium CAMP NOU (1 stop), and Barcelona’s city center (Plaça Catalunya) (9 stops), allowing you to visit the vast majority of tourist attractions. The surrounding area offers all kinds of amenities: a supermarket, bars, restaurants, a market, etc.
It has two bedrooms: a double bedroom with a comfortable bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 meters and a bedroom with two comfortable beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 meters. The living room also features a comfortable sofa bed measuring 1.50 x 2.00 meters. It has a bathroom with a comfortable shower and a hair dryer. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle, as well as all the utensils you need for cooking and dining.
Guests have access to a large shared terrace, located on the same floor.
During your stay, we’re always available to assist you
The apartment is very well connected by metro. The L9 line provides direct access to the AIRPORT, the F.C. Barcelona CAMP NOU stadium, and the FIRA Barcelona exhibition center. The L1 line provides a direct connection to downtown Barcelona and its tourist attractions.
Hi! Please read our house rules carefully: 1. You may not accommodate more people than those listed in the booking. In such cases, you must notify us before check-in. 2. The apartment is privately owned; we ask that you take reasonable care to prevent damage. 3. Please keep the apartment quiet from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect the neighbors’ rest; you may not be on the terrace after 10:00 PM. 4. Final cleaning is included in the price, but we ask that you dispose of trash in the dumpsters outside the building. 5. We charge 15€ for each damaged or missing towel or sheet. 6. The local tourist tax is not included: 2.00 euros per adult (16+) per day, payable at check-in. 7. Please take good care of the apartment keys. If you lose them, you will be charged an additional 100 euros.

We lost hot water for a full day and night and the place was clean enough but in a very run-down area of Barcelona that didn’t feel very safe out on the streets. Parking was very difficult but the hosts were very accommodating and helpful.
