Terrazza con vista su Verona

The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, the air conditioning was working great. The host was very responsive and nice, communication was clean and smooth. The location was great, just 15 minutes walk from the old city through a neighborhood that felt ok to walk by at night. We had some issues that were resolved pretty fast by the host: - we could not connect to the apartment's wifi so Cinzia instructed us to go to a neighbor's apartment and connect to her's - the safety mechanism of the entrance door has stuck and we were locked in the apartment for an hour and a half. Cinzia made all efforts to help and even called for the firefighters to open the door Just wanted to mention that all was good in the end.

The apartment is on the FOURTH floor in a building with no elevator - 87 steps. This must be mentioned in the listing as not all guests are able or willing to climb this amount of stairs.

The communications were excellent, and very clear. The apartment was spacious, well appointed, modern inside and clean. There is air-con and were small balconies front and rear. There’s a supermarket very closeby, and trattorias and cafes 3 mins walk away. We highly recommend. Please note, there are a lot of stairs to carry your vases up, so take that into account.

Any small things were minor.
