Apartamento amplio, y con unas vistas maravillosas del mar. A 10 min caminando a la playa. Zona tranquila y de fácil aparcamiento.Seria conveniente informar en detalle que días antes de la entrada se pone en contacto Hello time, para el pago de la tasa turística, es la empresa que se encarga de la entrega de llaves. Personal muy amable y muy dispuesto a solucionar cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir.

Necesita menaje básico como: sacacorchos, algún cuchillo más que corte, cazos para servir sopa... Aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones que hace un ruido incómodo e insoportable, que se para con un fuerte golpe. Lo mismo ocurre en la lavadora,hay que golpear la puerta para que se ponga en marcha. Almohadas incómodas y los baños requieren de mejora, pues huelen un poco mal y las mamparas de sienten desencajadas e inseguras.Considero necesarias las mejoras ya que pagas casi 300€ la noche.

The appartment has a great location, everything is close, just accross the street is a small shop where you can buy almost everything, but in just about 5 minutes walking distance there is the centre of the town with good shopping opportunities. The sea is also about 10 minutes walk away and the shore is beatiful, with baywatch and shower. Eligable for small kids and also for swimmers. There is also a small buffet on the beach, where there is also music - great ambiance. The flat itself is well separated into the 3 rooms, and 2 bathrooms, it is comfortable for 4-5 people. Flat owners are away the rent is operated by a local tourrist agency, so getting the keys was easy. At leaving the cleaning personal was already waiting to clean the flat.

As it is operated by a tourist agency it was scary when I got a request to share my bank card details outside of booking.com so they can deduce the tourist tax. Furthermore they requested so many personal details for the check in - on-line that was also making me nervous. I had to look it up in the internet that this amount of detail is required by the Spanish government - understand, yet would be good to know upfront. As to the flat, the provided "soft service" is understated. 2 dishwasher tablets and 30 milliliter dishwasher liquid , and 5 rolls of toilet paper is not enough for 5 people for a week. I understand that I can buy more, but this will be surely left in the flat as it is rarely possible to take all this with me home by plane. Also there was no sugar, salt, pepper, oil which would give a great kitchen experience, and again, I bought them and left them in the flat as I could not carry them by plane. Either they should provide more of these or make this obvious in the description.

La struttura è molto accogliente, confortevole, elegante e pulita. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile.
