About this apartment rental
Fully independent apartment located on the ground floor of the house. The owners live on the top floor, but each one enjoys their own entrance.
Guests have private access and a private terrace. The accommodation is equipped with a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The only common areas are the pool, the barbecue and the lush garden. However, the owners, very discreet, leave the access to the pool in priority to the hosts.
A fully equipped accommodation, ideal for family vacations in a quiet environment between the sea and the mountains, very close to Barcelona. The property has a large garden, beautifully planted, with swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols. You will have a private terrace full of beautiful bougainvilleas to enjoy moments of relaxation, dine and chat with a drink. Access to the pool is direct from your terrace and can be closed by a door for the safety of small children. In the same way, the staircase to the terrace can be closed by a grid.
The living room is spacious and bright and is equipped with a large ceiling fan. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with power shower, large closets, closets and storage space. The decoration is taken care of with especially beautiful paintings. The kitchen is fully equipped, like at home, to cook good meals with comfort.
The house is located in the district of Montcabrer, the most sought after in Cabrils for its houses full of flowers, its streets lined with pine trees and close to all services. Everything is at your fingertips, including the traditional Elías bakery, which offers the best bread in the area and the Espinaler tapas bar, popular with locals, where you can have "vermouth", a typical Barcelona aperitif accompanied by some tapas
You can park your car easily on the street, just in front of the house, in complete safety.
The beaches of Cabrera and Vilassar are less than 5 minutes by car or bus, whose stop is 400 m from the house.
Barcelona and the Sagrada Familia are only 30 minutes away by car.
You can also get to Barcelona very easily by train from Vilassar; A bus will take you to the Renfe station from the stop near the accommodation.
Beautiful walks through the Cabrils mountains will make you discover a panoramic view of the Maresme and Barcelona. A short walk from the house to the castle of Burriac on the heights of Cabrils / Cabrera will offer you a breathtaking view of the interior and Mataro.
You will be able to appreciate the numerous excellent restaurants around; Cabrils is also called "the small gastronomic oasis of Maresme". And, of course, you will enjoy the famous "chiringuitos", restaurants on the beach with a holiday atmosphere par excellence.

Arts House was a great location for access to Barcelona and distance from its 'big city' feel. We enjoy the small villages in every country we visit and Cabrils and surrounding beach towns had ambiance, personality, and calm! The house was private, extremely safe, easy to access and the hosts were responsive and helpful when we needed education on the appliances. Loved staying there and if we do it again, we will explore even more of the countryside. Barcelona is a great city but can be exhausting when taking it in -- Arts House was a very nice escape. Scenery and landscaping was also lovely.
