It is equipped with a complete kitchen (microwave, fridge, washer-, iron, worktop, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils for cooking) and a living room kitchen with table sofa bed chairs for two and TV Terrace with barbecue and lounger.It has high-speed Wifi.Sheets and towels are included for all guests.

- It is forbidden to organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any uncivil behavior.
- Acceptance of the conditions of the rental contract
IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ANY OF THE RULES, THEY MUST LEAVE THE HOUSE.
CONSIDER:
- All underage reserve members are the responsibility of their parents/guardians and must always be supervised by an adult.
- They must remove garbage from the accommodation during their stay to avoid smells and dirt.
- Waste and negligent use of resources, electricity, water and gas may mean that the deposit is not returned in full.
- It is not allowed to use bath towels for the beach. The return of these in bad condition, will incur an additional expense.
It will be charged the tourist fee of 1,10 euros person per day to all over 16 years old.the cost per pets is 35 euros

The property had a wonderful location. Minimal walk to the beach where you could rent a lounger for 6 euros with umbrella and with a bar. less than 5 minute walk to train station. 10 minute walk to a fun city center with restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Historical buildings to see and a roman site. Apartment was very safe with locks and keys to go into the elevator. Upstairs has tow terraces . one which looks directly at the beach. Great place for cocktails and meals.

Apartment exactly as advertised, beautiful. Easy to beach, train and restaurants. Overlooking the beach. Only suggestion use the lounge chairs on front balcony, facing the beach. Managers easy to work with

The photos used for this listing unfortunately are not accurate. The host staged the unit as one would do when a property is for sale, but then removed the items afterwards. We were provided with 4 thin, old and stained towels. 0 wash cloths and a few hand towels. The listing shows beach towels and a dryer available, but they are not. The kitchen included plenty of dishes/utensils, etc. The front patio has a lovely view, but it also has an odor of mold. Upon arrival the lamp beside the bed was partially affixed to the wall and falling off. We were able to fix it ourselves. Linens and pillows shown in the photos are not present in the unit. The futon sofa has been replaced with an older cheaper version. The glass patio table in the photo is a wooden table. The dresser pictured in the master does not exist. The exterior photo is not of this building. Showering in the master bedroom is not possible as the hose sprays everywhere except where it should. There is 15 - 30 seconds of hot water. Even an economy shower was not possible. You can pay 9 euros/day to shower at the swim center across the street. The neighborhood is good and access to the beach is an easy walk through tunnels. Night time can be a little noisy.
