De rust en dat we als gezin bij elkaar konden zitten , horren in de ramen, dus wel frisse lucht, geen muggen

De geur, anti insecten geur die erg overheersend was in de slaapkamer. Maar daardoor geen muggen binnen, dat is wel fijn.

Boendet var mycket bra. Läget är mycket vackert beläget uppe på kullarna. Och poolen var amazing. Det fanns allt i lägenheten som man kunde behöva. Perfekt med två st toaletter och två st duschar också. Värden var mycket tillmötesgående och trevlig. Han informerade oss också vart det fanns mataffärer och andra platser som var bra att känna till. Vi åkte till Badalona en av dagarna och det var en riktig höjdare. Stranden var stor och med många bra restauranger, kan rekommenderas. Barrestaurangen var supergod mat på. Bra smashburgare, stora räkorna amazing och goda musslor. Det var värt ett besök i Barcelona och se Sagrada familia kyrkan. Även la Bocerian var spännande att se. Vi åt supergod Paella och goda tapas också på 2 st olika restauranger.

Läget var tyvärr rätt långt ifrån stranden och centrum. Det var var nästan tvunget att åka buss ner till centrum. Och för vår familj (5 st) kostade bussresan c:a 145 svenska kr enkel resa varje gång, vilket blir rätt dyrt på en vecka bara för bussresor. Vi prövade att gå hem från tågstationen i centrum och det var skitjobbigt... Tror att det tog c:a 45 min i värmen. Busstidtabellerna var också mycket svåra att tyda för oss. Vi visste inte vilken tabell som gällde. Stranden var ok men för trång och smal tycker jag. Tågresan in till Barcelona blev 450 svenska kr tur och retur (5 st billjetter) som blev ganska dyrt eftersom vi åkte in flera gånger.

The garden is beautiful and well kept. The area is very nice and quiet, beautiful surroundings. Nice big dressing. The owners were not there but they were trying to help as much as they could. Nice welcome basket. Good tips for visiting in the welcome book. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom supplies.

The bidet was broken. They sent someone and he tried to fix it with a knife he took from the kitchen and a bottle opener! Utensils which were later rinsed and put back in the kitchen...He couldn't fix it so the owners asked us if we needed to use the bidet (?!!). There was a strong sewage odor coming from the drains of the bathrooms. The lady who gave us the key told us to leave the bathroom window open permanently, but it was already cold enough in the house. Unpleasant, closed space smell from the dressing and the bathroom cabinets. The first night it was extremely cold, we messaged the owner, but the heating only started at 6 am. They told us that the central heating was set at 20 degrees and they increased at 21 but at night it got very chilly, the radiators were cold and the heating would only start at 6am. You could hear the pipes dilating when the heating started and it was enough noise to wake you up. We explained that we were mostly out during daytime so we didn't need it then, but for the 12 days we stayed we were cold every night. It got especially cold in the living and the big bathroom. On the 9th day our youngest child got a severe cold and we had to spend our last days seeking medical care in Barcelona and at home afterwards for him, my husband and myself. Only our 11yo daughter didn’t get sick. We couldn't enjoy the beautiful garden in the evening because the lights weren't working, in December at 6pm is already dark. Imagine walking in the dark next to a pool filled with water. There was only one dimmed light at the entrance. The apartment is a -1 of the house, under street level, it has small windows and no windows at all in the small bedroom, kitchen and the small bathroom. In the living room the lighting was very poor.
