Es ist eine super Lage, dicht am Strand und mit Mietauto konnte man alles gut und schnell erreichen. Zudem ist es ein ruhiger Ort. In dem Haus war alles enthalten was Brauch. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem

Los espacios y la tranquilidad, el jardín terraza para sentarse a charlar es estupendo
Un baño más en la planta baja estaría de muy bien. El de arriba es muy pequeño, y el otro está dentro de la habitación doble.

Property per se and location of it. The location has the rooms and terrace, it was confortable and bright. TV in all rooms, with one big smart TV downstairs. Close to the beach and train station. Nice big lemon tree in the yard.
the property needs renovation/furniture upgrade, smell of smoke on the whole ground floor due to poor maintenance of fireplace chimney, electrical hazard due to poorly installed power sockets, dated furniture, kitchen utensils, plastic tableware and glasses. Also, insect nets at the windows would be a nice addition, since there were mosquitoes everywhere in the evening.
