Literally beside the beach, throw the shorts on, run across, jump in and go back to shower facilities on the ground floor when done.
The aircon is fantastic but only really useful if you keep bedroom doors open. Only the one unit above the stairs. But works great.

I loved that is was close to the beach, however we did not have much of a seaview as there are trees along the street, so you have very limited sea view. But still a beautiful place. Very central to everything you'd need.
House keeping coyls up their game a bit, as it was rather dasty and cobwebs in the corners fo the rooms. The tiny shower at the bottom of the 3 bedroom unit is a total waist of time. It's way too small, the shower curtain is full of mildew, and after your shower the whole bathroom is wet.
