可以體驗在地日本民宅，位置真的很棒！基本設施都有，還有洗烘衣機，室內溫泉很燙要小心，對面超市大創買好買滿，可以走河邊小路去花卉村、美術館（訂房後ㄧ定要留意民宿mail信件，需key住房人訊息，會給QR辦自助入住要用，當天下午2:30會給密碼供3點進入民宿使用）

이온몰이 바로 앞이라 너무 좋았고 유나츠보거리카 관광하러 걸어다니눈 거리도 멀지 않습니다 긴린코 호수까지 걸어가도 한시간정도에요. 가는길에 이것저것 먹을게 많기도 하고 식당도 근처에 꽤 있습니다

단독으로 온천을 사용할 수 있었다는 점이 좋았습니다. 그리고 자유롭게 취사 할 수 있고 역이 근처에 있었고 무엇보다 맞은 편에 마트가 있어서 필요한 물품을 살 수 있었고 이불과 기타 필요한 물품이 준비되어 있었던게 좋았습니다.
아쉬웠던 점은 입소하기까지 너무 많은 절차가 필요합니다. 다른 곳은 예약만 하면 되는데 이곳은 예약하고 이메일로 확인 절차를 몇번씩이나 해야해서 힘들었습니다. 그리고 새벽에 히터가 자동으로 꺼져서 밤에 좀 춥게 자야 했습니다.

Location-wise, it is great. 7 mins walk from Yufuin Eki and directly opposite AEON. Quiet neighbourhood and peaceful. Has two personal onsets, one indoor and one outdoor. WiFi connectivity is good, and smart TV provided. Owner was kind enough to heat up the house before we checked in.
The pillows provided were poor and too soft, and limited to 4 for 4 people. The toilet door was too low and hazardous for taller people - please put hazard tape so that people are more cautious when accessing the toilet. Only one pair of bathroom shoes provided. Just a simple advice to the owner - don’t skimp on these small amenities- they make a lot of difference to your tenants and won’t cause you much.
