Ideale per famiglia: silenzioso, tranquillo, ottima la posizione e la logistica, a 5 minuti da tre linee metropolitane (la linea 1, linea 8, linea 9), vicino a un supermercato e a un 'ottima boulangerie. Monovano interno, si mantiene fresco anche nelle giornate calde, doppi servizi con lavatrice in ottime condizioni. Un ringraziamento speciale a Dmitri, cordiale e puntuale nelle risposte
Nella cucina (che ha un piano cottura elettrico) avrei gradito qualche utensile in più (es. almeno tovagliette per la prima colazione o qualche boule in più...). La macchinetta da caffé è ideale per il caffé europeo, non per quello italiano. La wifi non sempre funzionante

L'appartamento è davvero carino, situato a metà tra due diverse stazioni della metro e quindi perfettamente collegato. Nonostante l'estate molto calda la mancanza di aria condizionata non si è sentita, in quanto ci sono finestre su due lati e quindi era facile abbassare la temperatura all'interno. Il bagno aggiuntivo è un plus.
Nulla, tutto ok. Unico piccolo neo, la cucina (piano cottura e lavastoviglie) dovrebbe forse essere sostituita. Aggiungerei anche un tostapane.

Cleanliness, good communication with representative!
Lack of A/C , but obviously all Paris has a lack of it especially for heatwave period we were accommodating. However we had a fan for cooling down the temperature.

Perfect location in a nice parisian building.
Very old furniture, the oven was not working, noisy neighbors, the wi-fi was not strong enough to work from home on a comfortable way.
