Great views, super easy check-in, perfect location.
The location and views from the balcony cant be beat! Easy check-in as the host sent code beforehand. There was a table inside that had welcome message and local information. Parking was easy. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well equipped. We liked having the shower and toilet separate with an adult family of four. The washing machine was nice to have.
The sofa was small and not comfy for relaxing after long days of exploring.

Great location and views.
Location , clean big rooms, and living space.
The bathroom was ridiculous. Split in two, one side toilet and a wash sink as big as a soup bowl , and one small wash rag for two. The toilet area was so small that you almost have to stand sideways as a big guy. The shower area was a little better, with a normal sink, but a WASHER in the same room! I dont understand how you build a big, roomy apartment and do this to your bathroom... double the size , and make a smaller living room.. oh well.

Lovely home but some concerns if you are staying during hot spell
Clean and neat. My grandson was sick and our host was gracious enough to allow us to enter 2 hours before check in to allow him to lie down and sleep. Very kind and understanding
Be aware there is no air conditioning. You can’t open the doors and windows because there are no screens for bugs. Beds are comfortable but sofa is not.

La casa es muy espaciosa y muy moderna y práctica y está ubicada en el medio de la montaña, lo que hace que haya mucha paz y tranquilidad y se tengan vistas increíbles, las cuales pueden disfrutarse desde la terraza o desde el interior de la casa. La cocina estaba bien equipada y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estadía de varios días. Destaco la atención del anfitrión por Whatsapp y la facilidad del proceso de check-in y check-out. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y muy a gusto y lo recomendamos.
Las camas fueron un tanto incómodas.

Kühler Executive-Style - wer's mag. Viel Platz. Sehr sauber. Bad gut ausgestattet. WC von Bad getrennt. Lage günstig für lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten,.
Wir haben Hängemöglichkeiten für Kleidung (Schrank) vermisst. War nur an der Garderobe möglich. In der Küche wäre eine Plastischüssel für den kleinen Abwasch hilfreich. Die geräumige Spülmaschine ist doch verschwenderisch für das Geschirr von 2 Personen. - Duschen nur in Badewanne möglich, das setzt die nötige Beweglichkeit voraus.

Bel appartement pour profiter de la région
Appartement très récent, à quelques km de Berchtesgaden, idéal pour rayonner dans la région . Place de parking appréciée dans un coin où absolument tout est payant pour se garer.
Lave vaisselle pas vidé à notre arrivée. Ménage correct sans plus. Dans cet appartement ultra moderne, la douche en baignoire avec un rideau plastique et un faible débit dénote. Pour un logement de tourisme, c’est dommage de n’avoir aucune information à disposition (par exemple les horaires des bus gratuits avec la carte d’hôtes, la carte et le livret de randonnées que l’on trouve à l’office de tourisme.)
