You will find our well-maintained, centrally located house on the B 305 on a hill in a secluded location on the edge of the forest between Berchtesgaden and Ramsau with convenient car access and large parking area. Enjoy your vacation in a cozy, friendly atmosphere and the unique view of Kehlstein with Kehlsteinhaus, Hoher Göll, Hohes Brett, Jenner, Grünstein, Watzmann and Hochkalter. Feel comfortable in lovingly and tastefully furnished apartments and relax in the covered patio. In a few minutes by car you can reach our ski areas, cross-country trails, toboggan runs, excursion destinations, hiking areas, brine and thermal indoor pools and spa facilities. Hiking trails in different directions start right at the house and offer ideal conditions for a hiking holiday in the Berchtesgadener Land. The festival, congress and trade fair city of Salzburg and the spa town of Bad Reichenhall are only 20 km away. The bus stop is a 10-minute walk away. Free bus travel with your spa card!
