The Hebenstreitmühle is a former watermill. The house is located directly on Ramsauer Straße (the main street). It is centrally located between Ramsau and Berchtesgaden—making it very easily accessible year-round, even in winter.
Thanks to its central location, all of the region’s major attractions are within easy reach. Numerous hiking trails start right outside the front door, including routes toward the Watzmann and Toter Mann. The Soleleitungsweg trail, as well as walking and biking paths along the Ramsauer Ache toward Berchtesgaden, can also be accessed directly from the house.
The Hebenstreitmühle is thus the ideal starting point for active vacations in the Berchtesgaden Alps.

The apartment is centrally located right on the main street (triple-glazed windows ensure peace and quiet). The bus stop is just 50 m away. Hiking trails start right outside the house along the Ramsauer Ache.
