Locatie top, op loopafstand van de winkelstraten, restaurants en de haven. Groot huis met uitgebeid uitgeruste keukens en eigen parkeerplaats. Airco's en ventilatoren in de slaapkamers, maar airco's maken wel enorme herrie. Mooie wandelingen in de buurt en boottrips. Walvis tour is mooi, wij hebben walvissen gezien (doe dit niet met kleine kinderen of als je zeeziek wordt, dan zit je 5 uur lang binnen in een boot).
De tuin is verwaarloosd, waardoor buiten zitten met meer dan 3 mensen eigenlijk niet comfortabel kan. Als de tuin beter wordt onderhouden en de schutting die over de eettafel heen hangt wordt gefixt, dan is de tuin ook bruikbaar voor gasten (eettafel buiten voor 6 personen).
