that was once the site of a working farm. Today, it offers a serene retreat
that has an expansive lawn (perfect for outdoor activities) leading to a
verdant field of wildflowers.
Retaining its original character with vintage furnishings and a welcoming
atmosphere, the primary bedroom and kitchen have a stunning view of the field
and nineteenth-century barn. A covered porch invites you to relax and enjoy
the company of friends and family. It is an ideal place for nature lovers and
those seeking tranquility.
Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, the farmhouse is centrally located in
Southwest Harbor. A brief walk gets you to the village center in one
direction and an active harbor filled with lobster boats in another. A scenic
walk takes you to a corner of Acadia National Park: all other destinations on
the island are minutes away.

☀Dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $75 per dog, per
stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. As much as we love cats, we do not
allow cats or any other animals aside from dogs at our property.
☀ No events, parties, or large gatherings
☀ Must be at least 25 years old to book
☀ Please report any damages that occur during the stay
☀ There is a $500 fee for smoking on the premises.
☀ Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late
check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as
there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request.

availability and receive the applicable fee quote.
☀ Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we
reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be
treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may

If you want a classic Maine summer cottage experience, this is it. Walkable to everything SW Harbor has to offer. Lots of outdoor space for Dog Argos as well!

Our primary goal was to see Acadia national park! This house was in a great central location to multiple attractions and only a short drive to Acadia! The house was very clean and well prepared for us! Host was easy to contact and responded timely! Would definitely stay here again!

The house and location were beautiful! My one and only reason for not leaving a five star review was that the shower did not work when we got there. The house only had one bathroom so having no shower was an incredible inconvenience. We had to shower at a friend’s house thankfully. We were compensated 261.00 dollars, which I appreciate, but truly this never should have been the scenario. Made me wonder if the tub had actually been cleaned because you would have thought the cleaner would have noticed this when cleaning it after the last tenants. Otherwise, we loved the house, the location and how well equipped the house was.
