Villa with Pool and sea views in Banana Plantation by CanaryScape

Wir machen als Familie ( Insgesamt diesmal 7 Personen) jedes Jahr einen gemeinsamen Urlaub für ca. 1 Woche. Die Villa war dazu der ideale Ort. Die ganze Anlage (Haus und Park) war größer als ich sie erwartet habe, Jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer und sein eigenes Bad. Besser hätte es nicht sein können. Wir haben den Pool fast jeden morgen und jeden Abend genutzt. Morgens war das Frühstück auf der großem Terrasse immer eine schöne Einstimmung auf den Tag. Brötchen wurden uns an die Tür gehängt. Ich bin aber fast jeden Morgen noch zur panadería de PyA (1,8km) gefahren da wir auch später noch Brot zum mitnehmen auf unsere Touren gebraucht haben. Abends haben wir meist den großen Grill im Park mit Außenküche genutzt. Der Empfang von unserer Vermieterin Pino Santana war sehr herzlich und es wurde uns alles im Haus und Park gezeigt und uns Tipps für Orte gegeben die wir Besuchen könnten. Sie hat uns auch eine Führung durch die Bananenpaltage angeboten. Diese haben wir gerne angenommen und war sehr interessant. Der Kontrakt über Whatsapp war immer mit einer schnellen Antwort verbunden und hat perfekt funktioniert. Da wir mit zwei Fahrzeugen vom Flughafen angereist sind, war ich am Anfang etwas skeptisch ob uns auch zwei Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Dies war gar kein Problem. Vor dem Haus ist Platz genug. Das schöne ist, die Villa liegt abseits der großen Touristenmassen auf Gran Canaria, Wer einen individuellen Urlaub machen möchte ist hier wunderbar aufgehoben.

Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

I had visited this property with family 7 years ago and couldn’t stop thinking about it. When I planned my holiday with friends there was only one place we were going to stay. The villa was as beautiful as I remember it. The facilities in the villa were good, standard for a self catering villa. The garden and pool are exceptional. The photos on the site don’t do it justice. There are fruit trees bearing fruit across the entire estate, which are just gorgeous. We made use of the tennis court most days. The location is quiet and remote enough to feel tranquil but close enough to amenities to be convenient; the local supermarket is a 10 minute drive, the beach is a 10 minute drive, 25 minute drive to/from the airport. The housekeepers live on site but are quiet and unseen, they offered to clean the property mid-stay at our convenience. The management is easy to contact and accommodating. This villa is on the pricey end but if you want an unforgettable experience I would 100% recommend. On that front, it is value for money.

If there was one thing I would change, I’d like a more comprehensive list of what is and isn’t provided. There were dishwasher tablets, but no washing up liquid. There was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, but no spares, for example. It’s not a massive issue, and I didn’t mind buying those things, just a minor unexpected inconvenience which could easily be solved.
