This enormous house counts on a kitchen and a well equipped BBQ site with a huge dining area and table for up to 10 people. It features several terraces and wide and wonderful open spaces. Feel the countryside as never before with the chance to visit the capital city anytime you like at only a 15 minutes drive.

Rectangle-shaped, Stainless steel ladder to access the pool, pool heating service (optional) with a surcharge, 7 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1,40 metres deep
**One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request)
**This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** A security deposit of 1.500€ is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.
**Late check in carry the following extra charges:
- Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
- Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
- Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

We spent two weeks in Gran Canaria we were a family 6 with teenagers and young adults
We had great time and The villa Bandama was perfect central point to visit and tour the north and center of the island, it was also a great place to just relax and enjoy the facilities (swimming pool tennis barbecue) and the amazing view
It might be a bit far from the south touristic Maspalomas but it was not what we were looking for.
