Appartamento molto confortevole, con una meravigliosa terrazza che penso sia una vera manna d'estate. Dotato di tutto il necessario e decisamente molto fornita anche di extra - tanti prodotti a disposizione in bagno e in cucina; olio, sale, pasta, spezie, farina.. per cucinare c'era tutto! - caldo e accogliente: ci è sembrato quasi di essere a casa. Abbastanza vicino al centro - ci si arriva a piedi in mezz'ora, o con poche fermate di autobus - ma al contempo strategico per entrare/uscire in auto da Parma velocemente, con un comodissimo parcheggio condominiale dove non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a trovare posto. Il signor Vincenzo è stato molto puntuale e gentile nella consegna delle chiavi. Rapporto qualità-prezzo decisamente soddisfacente. Se dovessimo tornare in zona lo sceglieremmo di nuovo.

Alles war perfekt: sehr freundliche Vermieter, großes Apartment mit wunderschöner sonniger Terasse, Küche gut ausgestattet zum Kochen, alles sehr sauber! Gratis Parkplatz vor dem Haus.
Es ist halt etwas abgelegen: 30 Minuten zu Fuß zum Dom. Man fährt besser mit dem Auto in die stadt
