+ große Dachterrasse - konnten Anfang Oktober auch Abends noch draußen sitzen

+ Super Boulangerie direkt gegenüber
- parken ist in der näheren Umgebung überall gebührenpflichtig und das nächste Parkhaus ist runtergekommen und stinkt an einigen Ecken echt übel
- das 1. Treppenhaus ist , bis man zur Tür zum 2. Treppenhaus für die beiden vermieteten Wohnungen kommt, gewöhnungsbedürftig
- Küche und Inventar der Küche könnte mal eine Überholung und Grundreinigung vertragen

Nice layout and comfortable and clean. Roof terrace is nice. Well stocked kitchen.
The communal stairs leading to the property are not nice - smells of cigarettes and is unclean - not a good first impression. The bathroom smells a little of mould, but is OK. The flush on the second toilet was broken, so that could not be used. Didn’t spoil our stay, but a little more effort from the owners would make this better. Think “good” rather than “luxury”.

The apartment is clean and nicely decorated, just as described in the photos. The host provided some unexpected extras like coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, etc. The apartment had all the basics for a short stay.
Warning: You will need a code to enter the first door, and a second code to take out the keys of the safety box.
The exterior of the building, the stairs conducting to the apartment, and the surroundings. The first impression was not exactly the best, but the inside of the apartment was nice as described in the good part of the review.
The apartment is far from the main attractions in Paris. If you will be moving by car, you should estimate 45 minutes or more depending on the time of the day and the traffic.
