Kitchen/Living Room, very spacious and social able , bathroom lovely, good outside ground space. Lovely welcoming gift to get us started.
Wet Room, needs updating to match the rest of the property.
Outside grounds needed a sweep.

The property was very spacious and clean and had ample room for a large family. Oakwood is in a very good location with easy access to most of the Dorset attractions.

Good location, plenty of parking out front, great communication from the hosts and a fast response rate we wanted an additional night and the host were able to accommodate this). The gifts of food were a thoughtful and much appreciated touch. Also a great play area in the garden. The children had a great time and overall the stay was good.
There were no additional bin bags (this was listed as being included in the guest book therefore we assumed there would be at least 2 bags), no recycling bin was available and the high chair was stored in the shed and covered in cob webs.

The property looks fresh and new. It felt that investments have been recently made to the property by the owners and it looked welcoming. The main bathroom was quite modern. We were two families with 4 kids and we all enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal to go to the beach, and to local attractions. We would definitely recommend it.
The smaller bathroom had an exhaust fan that needs replacement. It made excessive noise when it was switched on. We would also liked to have some additional hooks in the smaller bathroom as it tiny and had no place to hang clothes.
