Super clean apartment with private parking in shade. Large kitchen and balcony, great toilet, great kitchen. Great quality of all material, owner made a great job when renovating. Parking is private in closed area and 30 meters from entrance. Apartment is on first level accessable from outside. Daughter that welcomed us was very kind. I would like apartment like this one :)
Recommended without doubt.
Pillow are ultra soft and thin. No replacement with the opposite one for person like me that have neck problems with soft ones. I would add at least one, ideally two so that guests can choose.
For some reason accomodations in Grado are super high expensive. There is nothing below 200e and the most is over 300e per night. And all is occupied :)

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und im April sehr ruhig gelegen (im Sommer ist wahrscheinlich mehr los, das Spaßbad ist direkt gegenüber). Der Strand ist 5 Minuten entfernt, ins Zentrum kommt man in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr gut ist auch der Autostellplatz im Innenhof des Apartmenthauses sowie der Mückenschutz an allen Fenstern. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar.
Die Nachbarn in der oberen Wohnung sind leider laut wenn anwesend, aber da kann ja keiner was dafür...
