Stayed at this building 2 times due to its awesome location, 100 mts from the Tram stop and restaurants, supermarkets etc. Very clean and comfortable place. Easy to check-in and check-out. Konstantinos from the apartment management team is super responsive on Whatsapp and was able to resolve issues with surprisingly quick turnarounds.
This apartment in particular (cozy studio) has a sofa bed, so its fine for just a couple of nights given the price, however would not recommend this one for a longer trip. Have stayed in their Queen Bed Studio and thats much better for even a few weeks or longer stay.

По факту заселили в другой номер, но не жалуюсь. Оказался больше) в целом всё комфортно, посуда, приборы, чайник, кофе машина, утюг.. работает лифт, что удобно для тех, у кого чемоданы или физические особенности. Заселение беспроблемное, инструкция понятная, кодовые замки что на парадную, что в номер. Рядом остановка трамвая, магазин Lidl, пиццерия.
Особых недостатков не обнаружила.

Room was very clean, and as explained in the pictures. Sofa bed wasn't comfortable but I knew that when I booked. The biggest issue was the toilet. There's not enough room to sit on it properly and the seat was broken. Sitting sideways on a loose seat is not a pleasant experience.
