Though I had checked in the room, they did not give me room key number. I could not enter the room over one hour with big suitcase. it was because of their system trouble, they never apologized and were on the phone, looking sleepy. there's no reception so if you were in trouble like me, all you can do is calling.

Pleasant Stay

The location is very good and in a quiet area. In general it is very easy to reach the apartment and both check-in and check-out are smooth.

The first apartment that we were assigned, was on the fifth floor, I had to complain and requested to change to another apartment, because next door, there is someone trying to learn the flute, and was continuously hitting random notes that drove us crazy. We were then given an apartment on the second floor which was quite small, but at least peaceful.

It's terrible. The flat BE-18 was completely different from the advertised photos and rating.

Location and wifi

I am extremely disappointed with my stay here. I booked the place a month in advance and was constantly bombarded with daily "friendly reminders - Last Reminder PreCheck-in" emails, despite having completed check-in long ago. It was incredibly irritating. Upon arrival, I found dirty tableware, a dirty refrigerator, burnt pots, and a scratched-up non-stick pan, the kettle leaked. There wasn't even a dining table provided. I informed the staff immediately and requested replacements, but nothing was done! I also asked for extra pillows since the ones provided were extremely thin—again, nothing was done! Later, the shower broke - the water pressure caused the showerhead to detach completely. Once more, staff did absolutely nothing about it. The only request they managed to fulfill was bringing two mugs for tea, and even those were different.

Small but good value in a great location

Although the apartment was very small, it had everything I needed and was comfortable and warm in the Zurich winter. The location was also great, with lots of amenities nearby. The WiFi also worked really well.

It could be made a little more cosy with a couple of cushions and a blanket.

Very good stay for the value, all you need is here

Very clean, warm, comfortable mattress, it has everything you may need. Windows to the street, but not noisy at all. Many cafes and restaurants nearby, 4 stops to the train station. Benefit was a free washing machine and a dryer in the basement.

We didn’t consider that Swiss sockets are a bit different than other European sockets, one adapter would be nice to have. No other cons.
