Poor housekeeping, dirty roasting tins, broken chair, broken guttering, only one teaspoon, broken bin lid

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
No welcome package, no fresh milk or bottle of wine or biccies on arrival, cooker fan didn’t work, the shower leaked out of the basin in the separate bathroom, couldn’t open the second door when the weather has been so hot and a large pan wasn’t clean and cleaning not done behind the sofa bed. Oh and one of the dining room chairs was wonky.
