Easy to get to and in a great location as it’s within 5 mins of Heacham Beach.
We had a problem with hot water but the team there tried their best to fix it and gave us alternative options.

Location was great, beach lovely, not noisy even with campsite near by,plenty of parking
On arriving site looked untidy, and had weeds and stinging nettles, booked the dairy and the old barn as had a part of 9 people. Where the properties accommodated our basic needs, was disappointed that everything was dated and tired, chipped crockery missing cupboard knobs the garden areas were untidy and full of weeds. As this was to celebrate my 70th birthday with my family I was overall disappointed with my choice of accommodation.
