This is the best Air bnb. The photos do not do the property justice. The property has had an amazing renovation and it’s huge. All the antiques make you feel like you are back in the early 1900. Bedrooms are amazing and all have bathrooms. We had 7 people and it could easily had 10 or more. It may not have Tuscany views but the quality of the Villa and gardens make up for it. It was one of our biggest highlights in our 5 weeks in Italy. Do not hesitate to book. This place is luxury and historical. We missed it the second we left the big gates. The manager was amazing and set up and lit the fire on our first night. Nothing was a problem for him👏👏👏 great big supermarket only minutes walk away. Great for families attending weddings in Tuscony.
There was nothing you could not like about this place we felt totally grateful we found this property.

Un'esperienza indimenticabile in questa magnifica villa a Sansepolcro! Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno in un gruppo di 10 persone (5 coppie) e non potevamo chiedere di meglio.
La villa gode di una posizione privilegiata che ci ha permesso di godere appieno della bellezza del territorio toscano. La struttura era impeccabilmente pulita in ogni suo angolo, testimoniando una grande attenzione ai dettagli e alla cura degli spazi.
Ivan si è dimostrato un host eccezionale: attento, disponibile e premuroso. Un dettaglio molto apprezzato è stata la legna messa a disposizione, che ha reso le nostre serate ancora più accoglienti e atmosferiche.
Il soggiorno di due notti, dal 31 dicembre al 2 gennaio, è stato perfetto per festeggiare l'arrivo del nuovo anno in un ambiente raffinato e confortevole. La villa si è rivelata ideale per un gruppo come il nostro, offrendo spazi ampi e ben organizzati.
Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque desideri trascorrere un soggiorno indimenticabile nella splendida Toscana. Un'esperienza da 5 stelle sotto tutti gli aspetti!
