Excellent location close to everthing with all the comforts one would need and more

The pillows were not so good and the gardens are not attractive but for one or two nights it’s just perfect.

Not value for money.

The location of the apartment and the communication with the host was good. The shower worked well. We did not pay any extra for our dog, which we appreciated.

The garden looked like a junk yard with a broken old Citroen, together with some other rubble that almost blocked the entrance to the apartment. Overall cleanliness in the apartment could have been better. We had to ask for towels twice before we got the right amount for two people. Value for money was not correct to the standard of the apartment.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix sur fin décembre pour une chambre calme et accessible proche de la mer

Réservation en décembre. Proximité des plages et de Sanary pour aller voir les illuminations à pieds. Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, disponibilité d'une machine à café et bouilloire avec les consommables. Accueil très courtois. Facilité de stationnement devant la location.

Bruit du split de la climatisation réversible (chauffage) durant la nuit que nous avons du stopper pour pouvoir dormir correctement. Quelques fourmis repérés et signalées à l'hôte.

La propreté qui n'était pas présente Le Manque de couvert pour le repas les fournis présente a notre arrivé les miroirs qui n'étais pas du tout propre non plus la douche étais limite au vue du tarif de la chambre l'hote lui étais assez gentille

L'emplacement est top, près des plages, boulangerie et resto. Accueil du propriétaire excellent! Literie de très bonne qualité 😴 studio conforme aux photos

Les abords de la maison nécessiteraient d' être améliorés (beaucoup de bazard et d' encombrements). La terrasse mériterait d'être dégagée pour mettre en valeur ce joli jardin.

Proximité plage, excellentes prestations. En un mot tout est parfait.

L'accueil d'abord a été très sympa. La chambre est impeccable, arrangée avec goût et bien organisée. La literie est très confortable et agréable et en plus il y a la climatisation. On peut se garer à proximité et en plus à l'ombre la plupart du temps. C'est parfait.

Je n'ai rien trouvé de négatif.

L'hôte est très accueillant, chaleureux et disponible. La chambre est super, très propre et confortable. L'emplacement est idéal à côté de la plage et des restaurants. Je recommande.

Comment la note "fabuleuse" a t-elle pu être obtenue ?

La situation à 300 m de la Mer L'accueil charmant La décoration de la chambre

La propreté : poussière très notable, cheveux par terre, sur le lavabo et jusque dans le verre à dent, des fourmis sur le bureau, un joint de douche tout noir. La paroi de douche douteuse et pleine de calcaire. Le linge de lit trop petit : le drap housse trop court pour la taille du lit, les draps froissés, le lit mal fait, les oreillers trop plats et leur housse non repassée Les serviettes n'étaient pas présentes à l'arrivée donc rien pour s'essuyer les mains il a fallu les réclamer 3h plus tard. Absence de savon car le distributeur était vide. Plusieurs chaînes de TV non fonctionnelles L'environnement : jardin dépotoir, une carcasse de voiture, beaucoup de matériel partout... Le réfrigérateur qui émet un ronronnement génant par intermittence. Il va falloir faire un effort pour accueillir plus correctement les voyageurs. La note "fabuleux" ne reflète pas du tout cet hébergement. Mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Tout s'est bien passé. L'accueil adorable, la communication. L'appartement est au calme, l'accès à la plage est rapide. On peut se stationner. Tous les équipements à disposition.
