* Kitchenette: 2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, small refrigerator, multi-function oven, toaster, capsule coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, contemporary white and/or blue dishes
* Bathroom: toilet, shower, vanity unit with 2 drawers, mirrored cabinet, shelf, heated towel rail, hairdryer, washing machine, clothes rack, ladder
* Living area: very comfortable 2-seater sofa bed (recent), XL flat-screen TV, nesting tables, cupboards and small wardrobe, iron and ironing board, fans and PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER
* Small sleeping area: fold-down single bed

3/ Stays shorter than two weeks: €50 contribution towards general accommodation costs (administration, preparation for arrival and departure, availability, information about the accommodation and surrounding area, etc.)
4/ Longer stays: Special rates available (please contact me)
* Security deposit: €450 (refunded upon departure if everything is in working order)
* Meticulous cleaning upon departure (rental as clean as upon arrival): cleaning products provided

* Rental agreement with inventory and eco-friendly practices recommended by ADEME
* OPTIONAL (additional charge): Bed linen and/or towels can be rented (laundry service), and a complete end-of-stay cleaning package is available.
